DMBC Kindergarten and Day Care

For over 30 years, Daniel has been a place for children to learn and grow in a Christian environment, serving families throughout the Jackson metropolitan area. We serve children from two years to five years old in our kindergarten/day care programs. The after school pickup program serves children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Pickup services are offered at Gary Road.

Kindergarten Term is
September through May.

Kindergarten	8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Daycare	7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The Summer Term is
June through August.

Our staff consists of mature, qualified teachers and child care providers who are dedicated to quality child care. All staff attend seminars annually as part of their continuing education. We have developed, and are constantly fine-tuning, our program which caters to a child's natural desire to explore and play. We recognize that a child feels comfortable and secure with a routine; therefore, our day is a structured one. For the preschooler, we offer a variety of activities and experiences planned around a weekly theme; while our school-age program is centered on the needs of the older child.

Entrance Requirements

1. Preschool children must be two on or before September 1.

2. Preschool children must be potty trained.

3. Registration, supply fee and the first week's/month's tuition must be paid in advance.

4. Completed registration form and Immunization Form 121 must be on file.

**Kindergarten only**
Annual Registration Fee (twos, threes and fours)	$55.00

Monthly Tuition	$155.00
Early Room Fee (weekly)	$15.00
Drop-in After Kindergarten (if space permits)	$15.00
Lunch Bunch (11:30 to 12:30)	$3.00*
Holiday Drop In (per day)	$30.00
Late Fee (if paid after the 15th)	$10.00

Note: Kindergartners who leave the center at 11:30 a.m. do not need to bring a lunch box.

*We do not provide lunches. We provide a morning snack and an afternoon snack.
We also provide milk at lunch time. We do not allow drinks to be brought from home.
School-age children may purchase a coke for lunch for $.50 during summer programs and holidays.

* This amount varies each summer must be paid at the time of Registration. It will be announced in advance.

Note: All children enrolled in Day Care during the summer will need to bring their lunch.
Preschoolers will also need a Plastic Nap Mat.

Additional information for Parents

Please make every effort to pick up your child before 6:00 p.m. If your child remains in our care after 6:00 p.m., a late fee of $2.00 per minute will be assessed.

We will provide a morning and an afternoon snack. We also provide milk at lunch. School-age children (1st - 5th grades) may purchase a soft drink for lunch for $.50. We do not allow drinks to be brought from home and lunches are not provided.

As stated in our handbook, the center will provide a sufficient number of toys and equipment for various learning and play activities during the day. Please do not allow your child to bring toys, trinkets, money, candy or gum from home. Occasionally teachers may send a note home about a special toy day or share day, thus giving your child an opportunity to show his/her treasures to his/her friends.
